My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. Despite some noise issues in the late night, the room was filled with thoughtful surprises like chocolates and treats. The staff's exceptional response to a bathroom inconvenience with a generous gesture truly made my experience unforgettable. This high-end hotel offers excellent service, amenities, and an unbeatable location - a definite 10 out of 10 for me!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were nice and clean, the noise from the club environment downstairs was very bothersome, especially on our honeymoon. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and efficient staff. The location was perfect for exploring Gaslamp Quarter, but the noise level until 2 am was a downside. Dining options were pricey though the Provisional Cafe offered good food.
